Welcome to DPHA, a local provider of housing, care and community services in the Clydebank area of West Dunbartonshire.

We manage over 650 tenancies, including 2 sheltered housing complexes and many other supported tenancies. We part own 32 homes and provide a factoring and property management service for almost 150 residents. We manage in total almost 850 properties.

Our more traditional services are now complemented by our Care Services including Lynx Care and Dalmuir Out of School Care Group.

We have over the years produced homes for over 2,000 people, and our innovative community projects have benefited thousands of local residents. If you are not already a tenant and are looking for a home to rent, or if you are considering part-ownership of a home, we may be able to help you. If you are already a tenant then we hope to provide you with access to our ever-expanding community activities and projects, and to ensure you are involved and consulted in a way which means that our services are always first-class and considered the best available alongside other housing, care and community service providers in Scotland.

The Association Office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.45pm (Closed 1.00pm-2.00pm for lunch). Our switchboard is open 9.00am to 5.00pm (Answering Machine 1.00pm-2.00pm for lunch)
